By commissioning artwork from Kaz, you agree to the following terms:

1.Process

  • I will provide progress updates every one to two days, allowing us to stay aligned on the vision and approve each stage — sketch, line art, colors, and final details. My aim is to deliver a final piece that fully meets your expectations and brings the highest level of satisfaction. To achieve this, we must establish a clear and well-defined concept before starting. Outstanding results are built on strong communication.

2.Payment

  • Payments are only accepted via PayPal or with crypto in some exceptions.

  • 50% of the total price before the process begins.

  • Payments can be split for larger projects or to make them more affordable by mutual agreement.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable once the project begins.

  • If the Artist cannot complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund will be issued based on the stage of completion.

  • No refunds will be given after the final artwork is delivered.

3. Deadline and Delivery

  • The deadline will be discussed at the beginning.

  • Delays may occur depending on the difficulty of the project or some other factor, in any case the client will be informed.

  • Final artwork will be delivered in in any file format the client desires, send via email or GoogleDrive.

  • The final file will only be delivered after full payment is completed.
